Terms of Service

By using BossMode you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. The service

BossMode is a productivity app provided by SWAINUK LIMITED ("we", "us"). It includes task management, health/money tracking, daily planning, and AI-assisted coaching powered by third-party large language models.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. One account per person. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use BossMode to:

• Break the law or harm others.
• Generate content that is unlawful, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Reverse-engineer the app, attack our infrastructure, or abuse the AI to produce spam, malware, or misinformation at scale.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid tiers are sold through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. Payment, renewal, refunds, and cancellation are handled by Apple under their terms. You can manage your subscription at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.

5. AI output disclaimer

AI suggestions are generated by language models and may be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. You are responsible for what you do with the output.

6. Your data

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display it back to you.

7. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but the service is provided "as is" and we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may release updates, change features, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in-app before they take effect.
