Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → BossMode → Cancel. Apple handles all billing for App Store subscriptions.

How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your data from our servers within 30 days.

How do I export my data?
In the app: Settings → Export. You'll receive a JSON file with all your tasks, logs, and entries.

The AI Boss isn't responding
Check your internet connection. If the issue persists, email us with the time the problem occurred and we'll check the logs.

I lost my data after re-installing
Sign in with the same account you used before — your data is stored in the cloud and will resync. If the data isn't there, email us with your account email.
